Mellion Consulting is independently owned and we have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the customer loyalty and engagement arena thanks to over twenty years of deploying Customer Reviews and surveys within various client organisations.
Clients who have used our services range from small companies to large multi-nationals.
Project size varies from a small number of face-to-face reviews carried out at senior level within customer organisations, to surveys covering thousands of individuals.
We are experienced project managers who are the focal points for all client relationships, and offer support through every step of the programme. We work in partnership with clients to provide expert administration, communication and logistics; this ensures the smooth operation of projects in terms of infrastructure, outputs and supporting materials. We use our significant analytical skills to help understand and interpret the information gathered and translate this into customer insight.
We have previously been responsible for delivering the review process within a variety of consultancies; previous employers include Bsquared Consulting (2003-2020), Anite PS Consulting, Lorien Consulting and PE International.
